What is Cinergy Elite Plus?

Elite Plus is the paid monthly membership tier of Cinergy Elite Loyalty Rewards. In addition to the benefits available for Elite members, Elite Plus members unlock other exclusive benefits including earning more Elite points, free monthly movie tickets, 10% off all concessions, food, and non-alcoholic beverages, no online ticketing fees, and more! 1 monthly membership is 31 days.

What is the difference between Elite and Elite Plus?

Elite is the free tier of the Cinergy Loyalty Rewards program. Earning reward points is simple. Earn 1 point for every $1 you spend on concession purchases and attractions, 2 points for every movie ticket purchased, and 20 points for every 1 hour of bowling. Once you’ve reached 300 points, we will send you a $5 Elite Reward to spend any way you want.

Elite Plus is the paid monthly membership tier of the Cinergy Loyalty Rewards program. In addition to the benefits available for Elite members, Elite Plus members get movie tickets per month that roll over if unused for up to 90 days and can be shared with friends or family, 10% off food & beverage (excluding alcohol) every visit, and waived online fees. Do I need to become an Elite member before upgrading to Elite Plus?

If you choose to join Cinergy Loyalty Rewards as an Elite Plus member, you will first be prompted to create a free Elite account, you can then enroll in Elite Plus. You will receive all benefits of an Elite member and Elite Plus member.

Is there a minimum enrollment period?

Stay as long or as little as you'd like! You can cancel your membership at any time. Please note, when you cancel your membership, you will lose all your member benefits at the end of your membership, rewards will retain the same expiration dates. Consider pausing your membership instead, you can pause for one month at a time. Membership fees are not refundable. Rewards on a paused member account will retain the original expiration date.

Can I pause my account?

Absolutely! You can pause your account for 1 month at a time without losing any of your accumulated benefits! You will not earn additional benefits while your account is paused, but all existing benefits will still be valid and retain their original expiration date. During the paused period, you will not have access to other Elite Plus benefits such as waived online ticketing fees, and food and beverage discounts. At the end of the month your account will be automatically resumed, or you can choose to pause again.

Is there a limit on how many movies I can see with my Cinergy Elite Plus membership?

Elite Plus members will be sent 1-2 free tickets per month that will rollover monthly if unused for up to 90 days. Elite Plus tickets are valid for any showtime, any format*. Additional tickets are available to Elite Plus members at a discounted price, prices vary by location.

How can I redeem Game Cards and Attraction passes?

To redeem your Game Card or Attraction pass, visit your Elite profile at Cinergy.com/profile or on the Cinergy mobile app to claim your Game Card or Attraction pass. Once claimed, the QR code will be visible from your Elite profile, or the email associated with your account until the expiration date. Redeem the Game Card or Attraction pass in-store by scanning this QR code at a Fun-Card terminal.

How can I redeem my free hour of bowling or axe throwing?

To redeem your free hour of bowling or axe throwing, please visit a team member at the attractions counter and provide your mobile phone number. Wait times may apply, based on availability.

Is there a physical card associated with the program?

Nope! There is no waiting on a physical card to arrive in the mail. All the benefits are accessible via the Cinergy website, or mobile app. You can also redeem benefits in-store by providing your mobile phone number.

How do I get the Cinergy Elite Plus app?

There is not a Cinergy Elite Plus app, you can see all your benefits and account details from our website, cinergy.com , or the Cinergy mobile app.

How do I sign up for Elite Plus?

Visit cinergy.com/elite-plus and click "Join Today" to get started. Follow instructions to create an account or sign into your existing account to finish check out. You can also join from the Cinergy mobile app. Just visit the account page, and click “Elite Plus”, then follow instructions to complete your signup.

Can I sign up for multiple Elite Plus accounts?

Enrollment is limited to one Elite Plus account per email address.

Can kids sign up for Elite Plus?

No. All members must be at least 18 years of age to sign up. Membership can be given to children under 18 as a gift if registered and paid for by an adult.

When will my Elite Plus membership begin?

Elite Plus members gain their first credits and benefits immediately upon signup. Start getting your benefits today!

What are the benefits of an Elite Plus membership?

How do I get my food and beverage discounts?

It’s simple! Just provide your mobile phone number at the time of purchase and receive 10% off your food and beverage order! You can also sign into your account and order online (at participating locations) This discount cannot be combined with other coupons and offers. Discount is not valid on alcoholic beverages.

Is there a maximum amount that can be discounted per day?

The member 10% off all food and non-alcoholic beverages is applicable on up to $1,000 per day! The discount limitations are a fraud protection measure.

Can I combine my Elite Plus food and beverage discounts with rewards or other coupons?

The Elite Plus 10% food and beverage discount (certain exceptions apply) cannot be combined with other promotions, coupons or discounts.

What purchases are eligible for the food and beverage discount?

All concessions, food, and non-alcoholic beverages at Cinergy qualify for the food and beverage discount, including, in-theatre dining, restaurant dining and concession purchases.

I forgot to use my benefits at checkout. Can I still get my Elite Plus food and beverage discount?

Unfortunately, not. To receive the food and beverage discount you must log in to your account or present your mobile phone number at the time of purchase. You can however still receive loyalty points if you send a picture of your receipt to Elite@cinergy.com .

Is food purchased from the restaurant and in-theatre dining eligible for the food and beverage discount?

Yes! The food and beverage discount applies to all food and non-alcoholic beverages purchased at Cinergy. To use your Elite Plus benefits at checkout, provide the team member with your mobile phone number or login from your phone if you are ordering online.

How do I pay for my Elite Plus membership?

Cinergy accepts most domestic and international cards issued by major financial institutions.  Monthly payments will be made on an automatic, recurring basis based on your membership every 31 days.  Gift cards cannot be used for membership payments.

How do I change the credit card on my account?

To change the credit card on file, cancel your Elite Plus plan, and rejoin with your updated payment method. The new card will be charged on your renewal date and all future payments.

Is the renewal Elite Plus membership automatic?

Yes. Cinergy will charge the saved credit card on the 31st day of the billing cycle. The exact billing date for the next monthly billing will be displayed on your account at Cinergy.com/elite-plus and on the Cinergy mobile App

Will Cinergy send a notification prior to charging the credit card on record for the automatic monthly renewal?

Unless changes are being made to the Elite Plus plan, Cinergy will not send any notification prior to charging the credit card for renewal.

Will Cinergy send a notification if the membership fee is changed?

The membership fee and terms of enrollment will not be changed during the membership period. However, Cinergy reserves the right to change the membership fee and terms of enrollment at the time of monthly or annual renewal. If the membership fee and terms of enrollment are changed, Cinergy will send an email notification to members prior to renewal with instructions for cancellation of the account.

What is my billing date?

Cinergy will charge the credit card on record for the member price, on the 31st day of the billing cycle. The exact billing date for the next monthly billing will be displayed on your account at Cinergy.com/elite-plus and on the Cinergy mobile app.

How do I cancel my Cinergy Elite Plus membership?

While we’d love to keep you as a member, canceling is easy to do.

Any unused credits will retain their original expiration date. All other benefits will expire the last day of your last billing cycle. Did you know you can pause your account instead? Paused accounts will not be charged for the next 31 day billing cycle. All current rewards will retain their original expiration date. Benefits such as waved online ticketing fees, and food and beverage discounts will not be available during the paused period. Membership will resume after the paused period unless the account is paused again.

If I decide to cancel, is there a waiting period to re-enroll?

Nope! You can re-enroll at any time, but instead of cancelling consider pausing your account. Pausing your account will ensure you are not charged, you don’t lose your earned rewards, and everything is right there when you’re ready to resume. Paused accounts will not be charged for the next 31 day billing cycle. All current rewards will retain their original expiration date. Benefits such as waved online ticketing fees, and food and beverage discounts will not be available during the paused period. Membership will resume after the paused period unless the account is paused again.

What happens if the credit card on record cannot be charged?

If the credit card on record cannot be charged, the membership will be canceled, and we will send an email notifying you of the cancellation, which will go into effect on the date which would have been your next billing cycle. You can re-enroll with a valid credit card at any time after.

Is there a discount for additional memberships for family members?

There are no additional discounts or family memberships available currently. But remember, Cinergy Elite Plus can be shared with family and friends! You can share your free tickets, as well as purchase additional tickets at a discounted price. You can also use your food and beverage discount and waived online ticketing fees for the whole group by providing your mobile phone number, or checking out online while signed into your account.

How do free tickets work?

Elite Plus members receive movie tickets each month. Each ticket is valid for any movie, including new releases and premium formats*! Unused tickets roll over for up to 90 days. You can apply them online or at a kiosk by signing into your membership account.

How do I purchase tickets?

The same way you do now! Purchase in the Cinergy app, online at cinergy.com or at a kiosk to get your free tickets and purchase additional tickets at a discounted rate.

Can I watch a movie in premium formats such as 3D, and EPIC using my free ticket?

Elite Plus tickets are valid for any movie at Cinergy for a limited time! Not valid for concert movies or special events.

Is there a limit to the number of tickets that can be redeemed in a single transaction?

A member can use as many tickets as they have available from their Elite Plus account in a single transaction.

Are there any blackout dates?

Nope! Member discounts apply every day Cinergy theatres are open.

Can I get a refund for a ticket purchased with a credit?

Yes. A ticket purchased with a credit can be refunded back for a credit an hour or more before the showtime begins and can be used to purchase another ticket. The refunded credit will retain its original expiration date.

How do I get a refund for my ticket?

You can get your tickets refunded at https://www.cinergy.com/refund-booking or at the theatre box office up until 1 hour before the scheduled showtime.

What if I miss my showtime?

Tickets may be canceled for a full refund up until one hour before the start of the showtime. If this window has passed, unfortunately a refund cannot be issued.

Can I redeem credits at the Kiosk?

Yes! You can redeem your Elite Plus tickets at Cinergy.com, the Cinergy mobile app, at the kiosk, or at the Box Office.

Do I have to be at the theatre to purchase tickets?

Nope! Tickets can be purchased online at cinergy.com, on the Cinergy mobile app, or in store. Elite Plus members will not be charged service fees when purchasing tickets online.

I am out of credits. Can I still purchase tickets to additional movies during the month?

Yes. Members can still purchase movie tickets and earn loyalty points with every purchase! Elite Plus members are also exempt from online ticketing fees.

Can I share tickets purchased with my credits with my partner/children/friends?

Yes! Elite Plus members can share their tickets with anyone they want, or save them for up to 90 days.

Can I purchase tickets through Fandango.com or Atom Tickets?

Member pricing and benefits are only available on cinergy.com, the Cinergy mobile app, and at the theatre Box Office. Tickets purchased from third party sites are not eligible for Elite or Elite Plus benefits.

How can I purchase additional tickets with my Elite Plus membership?

Members will receive additional tickets available at a discounted rate each month. These discounted tickets are valid for 90 days and can be used online or in-store at any time. The discounted ticket prices vary by location and can be used for all movies (even new releases and premium formats!) Members can also purchase tickets online and never pay ticketing fees!

How do I check my points and ticket balance?

Available tickets and Loyalty points are shown on your member account details at cinergy.com/profile , and in the Cinergy mobile app.

What happens if I do not use my tickets during the month?

Save them! Elite Plus members are given tickets each month that rollover for up to 90 days if unused.

Can I share my tickets with another member?

Tickets and loyalty points cannot be transferred to another account; however, you can share your tickets with friends or family, and share your discounts and loyalty rewards with friends when you checkout together using your Elite Plus account.

How do I redeem my free tickets?

Log into your Cinergy account and select the desired showtime. Apply as many of your available tickets as you’d like to redeem. You can also redeem tickets at a kiosk or box office in-store.

Do I have to use my reward ticket to buy a ticket?

No. Elite Plus members have the option to use available tickets or pay the listed ticket price at any time. If you have available tickets but do not wish to use them for a particular transaction, add the applicable ticket type rather than your Elite Plus tickets. 

Can a ticket be partially used?

No, each ticket is valid for 1 movie.

Can I purchase advance tickets with my rewards?

Yes. You can purchase tickets and reserve seats in advance with your available tickets—just like you would for any movie via cinergy.com, the Cinergy mobile app, or in-store.

Are there fees associated with buying tickets online?

Elite Plus members do not have to pay any online ticketing fees!

Can I reserve seats in advance?

Yes, Elite Plus members can select seats in advance without online fees.

What are Companion tickets?

Companion tickets are discounted tickets that can be purchased at a flat rate*. Elite Platinum members will receive 2 Elite Platinum Companion tickets per month that can be purchased for themselves or guests.

*Companion ticket prices vary by location.

1 monthly membership is 31 days. Every 31 days of active membership you will receive all monthly rewards and the card on file will be charged.
