Find your showtime by choosing your location and selecting the movie and time you wish to see. After you click on the specific showtime, you can choose a reserved seat and select the ticket types for the time. Select the number of tickets you need, continue by pressing buy tickets.
You can redeem your tickets by taking your confirmation number or credit card to the kiosk, cashier, or usher podium and your location.
Tickets may be exchanged or refunded at the Theatre or online up to one hour prior to the scheduled showtime, credit card must be present. You may also request a refund online here. There are no refunds after the printed show time. Ticket purchases are only valid for the location, date and start time of the film that is printed on the confirmation page or printed tickets. In order to provide the convenience of purchasing advance tickets and reserving seats online, Cinergy adds a nominal fee per ticket. To avoid fees, guests are invited to visit one of our Cinergy locations to purchase their tickets and reserve a seat of their choice at a kiosk or concessions stand. At Cinergy Amarillo and Tulsa, you can order food to your table right from your phone! Simply scan the QR code on your table and select "Menu" in the upper right of the page. Add your favorite food and drinks, and check out. Please don't leave your table unattended once your food has been ordered.
