Eligibility: The Cinergy Entertainment March Madness Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is open to legal residents of Texas, Oklahoma, Illinois, and North Carolina who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. Employees of Cinergy Entertainment and other companies associated with the promotion of the Sweepstakes, as well as their immediate family members and household members, are not eligible to participate. The Sweepstakes is subject to federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
Sponsor: The Sweepstakes is sponsored by COORS, and Cinergy Entertainment, located at 5005 LBJ Freeway, Suite 525, Dallas, Texas 75244.
Agreement to Official Rules: Participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes the entrant's full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. Winning a prize is contingent upon being compliant with these Official Rules and fulfilling all other requirements set forth herein.
Sweepstakes Period: The Sweepstakes begins on March 8, 2024 at 8:00 a.m. Central Time and ends on March 14, 2024 at 11:59 p.m. Central Time (the "Sweepstakes Period"). Entries that are submitted before or after the Sweepstakes Period will be disqualified.
How to Enter: To enter the Sweepstakes, eligible individuals must visit the official Cinergy Entertainment website at www.cinergy.com during the Sweepstakes Period and follow the instructions provided to complete the online entry form. Limit one (1) entry per person, per email address, and per household. Entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned or acknowledged. Additional entries will be given to participants that are members of the free Cinergy Elite program, or the paid Cinergy Elite Plus membership program.
Prize Drawing: On or about March 15, the Sponsor will randomly select one (1) potential winner from all eligible entries received. The odds of winning depend on the total number of entries. The potential winner will be notified via email within 7 days following the drawing. The potential winner must respond to the email notification and confirm their acceptance of the prize within the time period specified in the notification. If the potential winner fails to respond within the specified time period or cannot be contacted, an alternate winner may be selected.
Prize Claim: To claim the prize, the winner must respond to the email notifying them of their prize within 48 hours. The winner must provide valid identification and sign any required documentation to verify their eligibility and release the Sponsor from any liability associated with the moped. Failure to claim the prize in person within the specified timeframe may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
Prizes: The prize is 2 tickets to the NCAA game on 3/29 in Dallas Texas, provided by Coors and Cinergy Entertainment. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash or any other substitute. Once the winner has accepted the prize, Cinergy Entertainment, Coors, is not responsible for any damages, losses, or liabilities incurred.
General Conditions: By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Cinergy Entertainment, Coors, and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, shareholders, representatives, and agents from any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt
