All Access Day is available for Cinergy Elite members to purchase a ticket to play unlimited games, unlimited attractions, and watch 2 movies* on April 20 at Cinergy Copperas Cove, Midland, Odessa, Amarillo, and Tulsa, for only $25!**

Can I reserve movies and attractions in advance?

All Access Day movies and attractions can only be reserved in-store on April 20. All movies and attractions are first come, first served. Reserve with a team member in-store.

I'm not an Elite member, can I buy a ticket?

Tickets are available to Cinergy Elite members only, if you aren't already a member and would like to participate in All Access Day, you can join Cinergy Elite for FREE at www.cinergy.com/elite-rewards to unlock tickets!

Can I buy my ticket in-store?

Yes, tickets are available in-store and can be purchased the day of the event, however capacity is limited, we recommend purchasing tickets in advance online or in-store.

I don't want an All Access Day ticket; can I still see a movie, and play games and attractions?

Yes, Cinergy will be open for regular business as well as All Access Day ticket holders.

Can I share my All Access Day ticket?

No, each ticket is valid for one guest only.

Can I refund my ticket?

Refunds are not available to guests that participated in All Access Day. If you are unable to attend please notify us in advance to request a refund here. If you have a special circumstance and would like to request a refund, please contact us here.

What games can I play?

All Access Day participants can play all the arcade games they'd like all day, April 20!

No redemption points will be earned, merchandise and crane games are not included.

Which attractions can I play?

All Access Day participants can play any attractions they'd like, all day! Attractions are available first come, first served, based on availability. Please sign up in-store on April 20 for attractions.

Are Virtual Reality games included?

All Virtual Reality (VR) games are included with an All Access Day pass. Please sign up in-store, VR is available first come, first served.

Does All Access Day include bowling?

Bowling is included in All Access Day! Advance reservations are not available, please sign up in-store on April 9. Shoes are not included. Lane time may vary based on availability. Guests may sign up for another lane once the current session is over. Wait times may apply. Cinergy reserves the right to assign up to 5 people per lane. Maximum time allowed on lane is one hour. After the current session guests may sign up for additional sessions.

Are Escape Rooms included in All Access Day?

Escape Rooms are included in All Access Day! Advance reservations are not available. Please sign up in-store, Escape Rooms are available first come, first served. Minimum of 3 guests per room.

Is Axe Throwing included in All Access Day?

Axe Throwing is included in All Access Day! Axe Throwing is available first come, first served. Time may be limited based on availability. 2-6 guests per bay.

Are Laser Tag and SkyWalker included?

Laser Tag and SkyWalker are included! Availability is first come, first served. Guests may sign up for additional play after the current session is complete. Minimum height 48 inches.
