How do I purchase tickets online?

Find your showtime by choosing your location and selecting the movie and time you wish to see. After you click on the specific showtime, you can choose a reserved seat and select the ticket types for the time. Select the number of tickets you need, continue by pressing buy tickets.

How do I redeem tickets purchased online?

You can redeem your tickets by taking your confirmation number or credit card to the kiosk, cashier, or usher podium and your location.

How can I get a refund?

Tickets may be exchanged or refunded at the Theatre or online up to one hour prior to the scheduled showtime, credit card must be present. You may also request a refund online here. There are no refunds after the printed show time. Ticket purchases are only valid for the location, date and start time of the film that is printed on the confirmation page or printed tickets. Online service charges are non-refundable

What is Cinergy's age range for a child?

A child is considered age 3-11 years old.

What is Cinergy's age break for a senior citizen?

A senior citizen is considered to be 55 years old and up.

Can I purchase attractions online?

Currently, you can reserve Escape Rooms online! Axe Throwing reservations are coming soon. The rest of our attractions can be purchased in store.

What is the booking fee?

In order to provide the convenience of purchasing advance tickets and reserving seats online, Cinergy adds a nominal fee per ticket. To avoid fees, guests are invited to visit one of our Cinergy locations to purchase their tickets and reserve a seat of their choice at a kiosk or concessions stand. Online service charges are non-refundable.

How can I order food online?

At Cinergy Amarillo, Tulsa, Charlotte, and Wheeling, you can order food to your table right from your phone! Simply scan the QR code on your table, add your favorite food and drinks to your cart, and check out right from your phone! Please don't leave your table unattended once your food has been ordered.

Cinergy Charlotte, Wheeling, and Tulsa offer online ordering in the theater! Take your seat before the movie, scan the QR code on your table, and place your order. Sit back, relax, your food is on the way.

Cinergy Wheeling now offers Grab N' Go Concessions, get your popcorn, candy, and fountain drinks before your movie. Hungry for more? Order kitchen and bar items right from your seat in the auditorium! Popcorn, candy, and fountain drinks only available at Grab N' Go Concessions.

How do I contact Cinergy?

You can call your Cinergy location, or email info@cinergy.com.  The home office is open M-F from 9 am to 5 pm.

What is a Community VIP Ticket?

Community VIP Tickets are discounted movie tickets available to active and retired military, first responders, and teachers. Valid ID is required.

Do you have closed caption devices or assisted listening devices?

All Cinergy locations offer closed caption devices and assisted listening devices. Please see a team member in-store before your show for assistance.

How do I join Cinergy Elite loyalty program?

Simply click here to sign up online or sign up in store with one of our team members.

How do I complete my registration?

If you signed up with one of our team members and gave only your phone number and email address, you will need to complete your registration online. Please click here and enter your email address. You will receive an email that will instruct you how to create your temporary password. Once created, you can sign into your loyalty account and fill out all the required information.

How do I reset my password?

If you forgot your password, click here to reset it.

How do I update my contact information?

To update your profile, please log in to your account and click your name in the top right corner. Edit your profile as needed and select save.

Do I get a membership card?

All Elite Members will receive a virtual card number tied to their mobile phone number. There's no need to worry about keeping up with a physical card.

How do I earn loyalty points?

Earning reward points is simple. Earn 1 point for every $1 you spend on food & beverage and attractions, 2 points for every movie ticket purchased, and 20 points for every 1 hour of bowling*. Once you've reached 300 points, we will send you a $5 Elite Reward to spend any way you want!

How do I check my loyalty point balance and see my rewards and offers?

Log in here to sign into your loyalty account and see available rewards and offers.

How do I use my rewards?

Once you've reached 300 points, you will receive a $5 Elite Reward to use in our centers. It will automatically be added to your loyalty account and tied to your phone number.

Will I see my points immediately?

With the exception of movie points, guests will be able to see points earned immediately after the transaction. Movie points will be displayed 24 hours after the movie showtime has passed.

Is there a maximum of points per day?

Guests can receive up to 200 points daily.

Do points or Elite Rewards expire?

No worries here—your points will never expire. Elite Rewards expire after 90 days. If guests have earned more than one reward in a 90-time period, they can use more than 1 reward at a time.

How do I redeem my rewards and offers?

All Elite Rewards and special offers will automatically be loaded onto your account. You can elect to use them during your transactions.

I'm an Elite Member, but I forgot to give my phone number during the transaction. Can I still earn points for my purchase?

If you forgot to give your number during a transaction, original receipts may be presented for credit during the next visit or by contacting us here. Receipts and/or ticket stubs are required for any manual adjustments. Manual adjustments will not be made for purchases beyond 30 days from the original date of purchase. Cinergy Entertainment reserves the right to refuse manual adjustments in the event of suspected abuse of fraud of the program. Note: your Elite Membership account must be active and available at time of purchase. Members will not be credited retroactively for purchases made without an active membership account.

How do I redeem birthday and loyalty tickets?

Loyalty tickets can be redeemed in-store only. Some studio restrictions apply, not valid during the first 2 weeks of release. Contact us for more information.

AXE THROWING - Available in Copperas Cove, and Tulsa

How much does it cost?

For current axe-throwing pricing contact your local center.

How long can I throw?

Axe throwdown is booked in 75-minute intervals, given availability you can book more than one game.

What do I get for the price?

Included with your 75 minutes of axe throwdown, you will receive training from a professional Axepert.

What are the games?

Tic-tac-toe, first to 30, timber, and blackjack.

Where do I sign up?

You can sign up in person subject to availability.

Can we bring our own axe?

Axes will be provided for you; outside axes are not permitted.

How old do you need to be?

All participants must be 11 years or older.

Can we have food and drinks while playing?

We encourage guests to enjoy food and drink from our full restaurant and bar while throwdown. No outside food will be allowed.

Is there a dress code?

Please wear close-toed shoes and comfortable clothes.

How big a group can we play with?

Lanes fit 5 people each, if you have more than 5 people please reserve extra lanes ahead of time.

What time are the shows?

Our showtimes may vary throughout the week.

If I am not having fun, or don't hit the target can I get my money back?

Payments are non-refundable, but our trained Axepert are there to help you feel safe and have fun.

Can I use my Elite Plus attraction pass?

Elite Plus attraction passes are not valid for Axe Throwing. Attraction passes are valid for laser tag, Sky Walker, Hologate, Omni Arena, 7D Dark Ride, and VR Battle Arena. Available attractions vary by location.

What is an escape room?

An escape room is a game where you are locked in a room for an hour and have to find hidden clues, puzzles and solve riddles to escape within an hour.

Am I really locked in the room?

NO, you can leave at any time, the room is not locked. Should an emergency arise, we have a panic button in the room that will let you out.

How easy is the game?

Our games range on an extreme scale from easy peasy, to you’ve got this, to hardcore and finally extreme..

When should I arrive?

All parties should arrive at least 15 minutes before the game.

What if I'm late?

All games have to begin on time. If you’re late you can still participate, but you’ll have to join the game already in progress.

Can I play with my friends?

Of course! Just designate one person to make your reservation for everyone at once.

Will there be others in the room?

Most likely yes. If your group is under 8 we allow other bookings until the room fill/books to 8.

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellation within 72 hours for a full refund.

Is there an age limit?

Tickets are available for ages 18 years old & older. Guests ages 12-17 require an adult to accompany. If you have children under 12 yrs old please contact our sales office for a private escape room experience (minimum purchase of 6 or more tickets required).

Can I use my Elite Plus attraction pass?

Elite Plus attraction passes are not valid for Escape Rooms. Attraction passes are valid for laser tag, Sky Walker, Hologate, Omni Arena, 7D Dark Ride, and VR Battle Arena. Available attractions vary by location.

What is a Cinergy Fun Card?

A Cinergy Fun Card is a credit card-shaped card that can be loaded with any denomination of funds. Fun Cards make the perfect present for graduation, birthdays, holiday stocking stuffers, or any other occasion!

What can I purchase with a Cinergy Fun Card?

Any cash loaded onto your Cinergy Fun Card may be used for making purchases of food and drink items, movie tickets, attraction tickets, laser tag sessions, and arcade games.

What are Bonus dollars?

Bonus dollars are awarded onto a Cinergy Fun Card, when a certain quantity is purchased. Bonus dollars can only be used on the games on the game floor.

Can I reload my Cinergy Fun Card?

Absolutely! Right now, you may only reload your Fun Card at your local Cinergy. We are currently working on the functionality to add these funds online.

Can I purchase tickets online with my Cinergy Fun Card?

Right now, you may only purchase tickets with your Cinergy Fun Card at your local Cinergy. We are currently working on the functionality to redeem online.

Can I purchase tickets at a kiosk with a Cinergy Fun Card?

Yes, you may purchase tickets at the kiosk with a Cinergy Fun Card. Simply, touch screen kiosk located in the lobby or on the outside of the building and use your Cinergy Fun Card the same way you would use a credit card. This is a convenient way to bypass the lines.

Does a Cinergy Fun Card ever expire?

No, Cinergy Fun Cards never expire, never depreciate in value and there are no deductions due to inactivity.

Is there a customer support email address or phone number to call?

What are the Terms and Conditions?

Your Cinergy Fun Card may only be used for making purchases of food and drink items, movie tickets, attraction tickets, laser tag sessions, and arcade games at participating Cinergy locations. It cannot be redeemed for cash or used to purchase another Fun Card or resold. The value on this card will not be replaced if the Fun Card is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without your permission. No change will be given for any balance on the card nor any cash refunded for any purchase made with the card. Cinergy reserves the right to revoke privileges of this Fun Card and suspend any values on holder’s account for misuse of the facilities. Purchase and use of this Fun Card constitutes acceptance of these terms as well as any additional terms printed on the Fun Card package. Valid in U.S. dollars.

Why doesn't Cinergy take cash?

We do accept cash, it just has to be added onto a fun card.

Why do we have to use a Fun Card?

You only need a fun card if you are paying with cash, or want to play arcade games

How/where do I get a Fun Card?

You can use the red Kiosks anywhere in the building

What if I do not want to put the entire bill on a Fun Card?

No problem we provide bill breakers to make your transaction smaller.

How much money can I put on a Fun Card?

Any amount up to $500.00

What happens to the cash if I don't spend it all?

All of your cash stays on the fun card, and never expires.  You can use the card at any of our Cinergy locations

Can I get a cash refund for the balance on my card?

We do not offer cash refunds.

What happens if I lose my Fun Card that has cash on it?

Please treat your card as cash, we will not be responsible for lost cards.  However, if you “register” your card, we will be able to lock out the card and replace the existing balance by giving you a new card. You may register your card at the redemption counter.

Do you accept checks? Apple pay? Samsung pay?

Currently we do not accept these type of payments

What credit cards do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards anywhere in the building.

Can I open a bar tab with my Cinergy Fun card?

You are NOT able to open a tab with your fun card but you can pay for your drinks and food with your Fun card

Are cash and fun card tips accepted?

No, but credit card tips are accepted.
