When do we recognize that there are serious issues here and we need to start dealing with them? There’s always a cost for economic prosperity. Mr. Holmes served six years as vice chairman of the Kentucky Public Service Commission and two years as chairman of The National Association of Regulatory Utility Commissioners’ Gas Committee. Currently, he is president of EHI Consultants Inc., a planning consulting firm located in Lexington, Ky. Prior to founding EHI Consultants, he served as vice president of business development for Cincinnati Bell Telephone.
